Senior Software Engineer – autonomous AI workflows

About the role

Crunched is building an autonomous AI analyst for strategy, finance and advisory workflows. The product combines AI agents with Excel, the tool professionals already use every day.

What you will do

• Build and ship autonomous AI workflows used by professional customers
• Work across Python, TypeScript, React, Postgres, FastAPI and LangGraph
• Own features from architecture and implementation to production operation
• Improve reliability, evaluation, observability and user experience

Who we are looking for

• At least five years of professional software engineering experience
• Strong backend or full-stack engineering fundamentals
• Experience shipping production systems with high ownership
• Practical interest in LLMs, agents and reliable AI systems
• Comfortable working five days on-site in Oslo
