DB Partner is looking for skilled and experienced salmon filleters and trimmers for our new client, Mathias Salmon AS, at their modern salmon processing facility on Ellingsøy.

📍 Workplace: Ellingsøy / Ålesund

The factory is located on Ellingsøy, just outside Ålesund, making it possible to live in the Ålesund area and commute to work.

You will be joining a modern salmon production environment with strong focus on quality, efficiency, food safety and teamwork.

🔪 We are looking for:

SALMON FILLETERS

• Experience with manual filleting of salmon
• Good knife skills
• Ability to work accurately while maintaining good production speed
• Understanding of yield and quality requirements

SALMON TRIMMERS

• Previous experience trimming salmon fillets
• Ability to identify and remove bones, fat and defects according to specifications
• Good knife handling and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain both quality and speed throughout the shift

Previous experience from salmon or fish processing is strongly preferred.

• Follow hygiene, HSE and food-safety procedures

• Communicate in English or Norwegian
• Be flexible regarding working hours and shifts
• Arrive at work on time and be someone your team can depend on
