Job Description:

Snowmobile Guides - Seasonal, temporary contract 1 November 2026 - 31 March 2027.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and guide groups of tourists on Snowmobile Tours.

• Provide guests with information about the Northern Lights, Arctic nature and its surroundings, and the cultural and historical background of our fjords.

• Provide clear safety instructions and ensure the safety and well-being of all guests throughout the tour.

• Prepare and check snowmobiles and equipment before and after tours.

• Assist guests with photography and help them capture memorable moments during their Arctic experience.

• Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience for all guests.

• Stay informed about current Northern Lights forecasts and local weather conditions.

• Assist with other tours and activities when needed as part of the operation.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Working experience as a guide or related positions.

• Snowmobile driving experience and a valid licence/permit as required.

• Very good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus, but not required.

• Comfortable working outdoors in Arctic winter conditions.

• Flexible and willing to assist with other tours and operational tasks when needed.
